Coronavirus Business Continuity Update
As we celebrate our 20th year in business the safety of our team is our number one priority. In response to the spread of COVID-19 across the world, we are changing the way we operate so that we can keep them safe, help control the spread of the virus and continue to provide service and support to all of our customers around the world.
We have implemented the following changes with immediate effect:
Sales & Operations
Our sales and operations teams are working from home and are available during our standard office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday). They are equipped with state of the art telephony and video conferencing facilities, and are available for standard calls or video conferences. We do however ask for your understanding should you hear any background noise (children, pets etc…) while they are working from home.
Stock & DistributionOur production facilities in the far east were amongst the first to be alerted of the virus back in January, at that time we increased production to help alleviate any future supply disruptions, and as such we now have healthy stock levels to see us through the next few months, with more ready and waiting to be shipped from the factory to our warehouses. Our colleagues in our distribution centres have changed their regular working practices so that they are maintaining social distancing and we have implemented safe working practice so they stay safe during this time. Picking and packing is still possible albeit at a slightly slower pace due to the safety procedures in place, we would ask for your understanding during this time, as we expect deliveries to you to be delayed by approximately 2 to 3 days.
Product SupportOur product support staff are working from home and maintaining our standard 24/7 support levels. As with our sales and operations staff, we do however ask for your understanding should you hear any background noise (children, pets etc…) while they are working from home.
The landscape is changing daily and you can be safe in the knowledge that our management team and team members are ready to change our operating procedures during this time as needed. We will keep you informed of these changes via the dedicated link on our website. We thank you for your support during this unprecedented time. Together we will come through this period, stronger. We are already working on ways to serve you better and make you more competitive when business returns to normal.
