Back Orders

If the item you order is out of stock we will call you and give you the option to wait for the goods, amend your order or cancel.


Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added (if you are VAT registered and in Europe, we can remove the VAT so you can pay it locally, providing the goods are delivered to an address outside the UK).

Orders made from outside the UK and Europe and delivered to an officially recognised Freight Forwarder or to an address outside the UK and Europe are VAT free.

Guarantee and Returns


All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse and normal wear & tear).

Special Order, Open Box and Ex-Demo Items

Please note these may be excluded from our standard guarantee and returns policy. If this is the case you will be informed at the time of ordering and details will be shown on your invoice.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty we will repair/replace (at our discretion) the product.

Please go to and submit a ticket to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number so that you can send the faulty product back to us.

The Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the goods you return, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.

All returns are to be sent to Y3K (Europe) Limited at the buyers own cost and risk. The cost of returns to Y3K (Europe) Limited is not covered by the product warranty. Goods that are being returned to customers will be carriage free to UK addresses only.

Security and Privacy

Credit Cards

For your security when placing online orders all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose your information to third parties unless specifically linked to your order, for example, to inform a third-party of your address for goods delivery purposes.
