Returns Policy - Trade Customers

FOR FLEX TRADE ORDERS

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund you must request an RMA within 21 days from the date of purchase and we must receive the products within 28 days from date of purchase. Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) We will refund the purchase price of the product only. Delivery charges, services and other charges will not be refunded.

b) If you request an RMA for a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase and we receive the products within 14 days, your refund will be subject to no handling charge.

c) If you request an RMA for a refund within 8 to 14 days of the date of purchase and we receive the products within 21 days, your refund will be subject to a 10% handling charge, which will be deducted from your refund.

d) If you request an RMA for a refund within 15 to 21 days of the date of purchase and we receive the products within 28 days, your refund will be subject to a 15% handling charge, which will be deducted from your refund.

e) If you request an RMA for a refund after 21 days of the date of purchase or we receive the products after 28 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

f) Products that are not in their original packaging, missing items, used, or not in a saleable condition are not eligible for a refund.

g) Products that are special order and services are not eligible for refund.

Any product that is received by us that does not meet the above terms and conditions will be returned back to you and a £25+ VAT handling charge will be invoiced to you.

All refunds are issued as credit notes against future purchases.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

WARRANTY PERIOD
Our standard warranty period is 1 year from date of purchase from Y3K.
If your product has a warranty period that is different from the above it will be stated on our sales invoice.

PROCEDURE
If the product is confirmed as being faulty by Y3K and the RMA was requested within 21 days of purchase and the product received by us within 28 days, you have the option of a refund, repair or replacement.

If the RMA was requested after 21 days or the products received by us after 28 days, and the product is under 1 year and 7 days in to its warranty period when we receive it, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

If the product is an IQCCTV or Xvision product and is received within 1 year 7 days of purchase it can be Advanced Replaced. To request an Advanced Replacement please contact your Account Manager or the sales department. All other products received by us within 37 days of purchase also qualify for Advanced Replacement, unless special order or clearance products.

Products that are not in their original packaging, damaged or missing items are not eligible for a refund.

If the product has been damaged the warranty will be void and it will be returned to you.

If the product is found to be not faulty it will be returned to you.

Please note products being returned for credit as part of an Advanced Replacement Warranty must be complete and undamaged. If they are not then the Advanced Replacement Warranty does not apply and the product will be repaired/replaced and returned back to you.

Please note our warranty is available in the UK only. You will need to return your purchase back to us in the UK, and we will then return your repaired item/replacement without charge to UK addresses only.

Clearance products are supplied with a 90 day warranty only.

REFUNDS

The warranty period for products purchased on a Saver Trade Order is limited to 1 Year.

PROCEDURE
If the product is confirmed as being faulty by Y3K and the product is under 1 year and 7 days in to its warranty period when we receive it, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

If the product has been damaged the warranty will be void and it will be returned to you.

If the product is found to be not faulty it will be returned to you.

Please note our warranty is available in the UK only. You will need to return your purchase back to us in the UK, and we will then return your repaired item/replacement without charge to UK addresses only.

Clearance products are supplied with a 90 day warranty only.

Clearance products are limited to a 7 day refund with a 10% restocking fee.

Customers with special terms and conditions, that have been agreed in writing by a director of Y3K, should refer to those terms and conditions in lieu of the above.
