Returns Policy - Clearance Products

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund you must request an RMA within 7 days from the date of purchase and we must receive the products within 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) Products were purchased directly from Y3K (Europe) Limited.

b) We will refund the purchase price of the product only. Delivery charges, services and other charges will not be refunded.

c) If you request an RMA for a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase and we receive the products within 14 days, your refund will be subject to no handling charge.

d) If you request an RMA for a refund after 7 days of the date of purchase or we receive the products after 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

e) Products that are not in their original packaging, missing items, used, or not in a saleable condition are not eligible for a refund.

f) Products that are special order and services are not eligible for refund.

Any product that is received by us that does not meet the above terms and conditions will be returned back to you and a £25+ VAT handling charge will be invoiced to you.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

WARRANTY PERIOD
Our standard warranty period for clearance products is 90 days from date of purchase from Y3K.

If your product has a warranty period that is different from the above it will be stated on our sales invoice.

Warranty Period will not apply to any defects in Clearance Products brought to your attention before purchase.

PROCEDURE
If the product is confirmed as being faulty by Y3K and the RMA was requested within 7 days of purchase and the product received by us within 14 days, you have the option of a refund, repair or replacement.

If the RMA was requested after 7 days or the products received by us after 14 days, and the product is within its warranty period when we receive it, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Products that are not in their original packaging, damaged or missing items are not eligible for a refund.

If the product has been damaged the warranty will be void and it will be returned to you.

If the product is found to be not faulty it will be returned to you.

Please note our warranty is available in the UK only. You will need to return your purchase back to us in the UK, and we will then return your repaired item/replacement without charge to UK addresses only.
