1. Order hardware at trade price through your Y3K account.

2. We send your end customer a Smarti service agreement. They sign up directly with us for the platform, apps, and monthly billing.

3. Once signed, we ship the hardware.

4. You sell at your own margin. We handle platform and support.

White Label

1. Order hardware at trade price through your Y3K account.

2. You sign a white-label service agreement with Smarti. Your customers get a platform branded to your business.

3. Once signed, we ship the hardware.

4. Sell at whatever price you choose — you own the customer relationship.

Why do we need a signed agreement before shipping? Smarti hardware is sold at subsidised trade prices, the monthly Smarti service fee is what makes that possible. We ship as soon as the service agreement is signed, either by your end customer (if you are a reseller) or by you (if you are a white-label customer).
